A service provided by the municipalities of the Emirate of Sharjah to a commercial establishment licensed by government agencies of the United Arab Emirates, which wishes to carry out the activity of distributing non-food items by means of licensed transport vehicles belonging to the commercial establishment within the borders of the Emirate of Sharjah only.

• A copy of the valid trade license.

•   A valid copy of the vehicle's license from both sides.

•  Acknowledgment and approval of the terms and conditions.

•  The permit does not include towing vehicles

• By applying for this service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and whoever violates this shall bear the consequences of the violation.

•  Pay all fees and expenses related to the issuance of the permit.

•  The municipality has the right to change, add or delete the terms and conditions without prior notice.

•  The permit is not subject to negotiation or mortgage, and whoever violates this shall bear the consequences of the violation.

•  The documents submitted must be valid, complete and correct.

•  Display the permit clearly on the front end of the vehicle during the exercise of the activity.

•  Presentation of the commercial license and permit upon request during the field visits to the municipality inspectors in the Emirate of Sharjah.

•  The distribution activity is carried out by means of licensed transport vehicles belonging to the commercial establishment, i.e. matching the trade name with the name of the owner of the vehicle.

•  Matching the distributed materials with the commercial activity.

•  Classification of distributed materials does not include food, health, chemical, scrap and used cardboard.

•  The permit must be renewed or canceled within one week of the expiry date.

•  The permit does not include towing vehicles.

•   The permit does not include the distribution of diesel and petroleum derivatives.
